The noise level is horrible. You can hear the radio blasting at the pool from any apartment. The grounds smell like dog poop because it is never picked up. The staff have a "care-less" attitude. Parking is horrible and they WILL tow anyone. The rent is over-priced for what you get. It is designed for kids attending TCU with Mom and Dad footing the bill. Not a student . . . stay away.
