Apartment Review for The Grove At Sandshell Drive - Fort Worth, TX

First of all, THEY WRITE ALL THIER OWN REVIEWS FOR THESE WEBSITES, and challenge the validity of comment left by thier unpleased tenents! I've lived here for almost 5 years, and it would have been much shorter stay if I hadn't been promised the moon to stay. My car has been broken into 3 times. Management is generally unruly and a pain to deal with. They have screw up everything that they touch, from details on leases, to charging late fees for checks that CLEARED the bank. They're ruthless, retarded, and worthless. They leave ------ letters on your doors telling you what a pain it is to move, citing all the deposits and expenses. They turn your water off at least once a month to "repair broken water mains", then turn around and charge the tenents for the water that flooded the parking lot. Maintainence is the only part of the staff I can recommend, and they're busy as hell from all the cheap appliances, fixtures, and overall quality of the buildings. The cracks in the walls had to be repaired several times in my apartment from the shifting foundation beneath me that they refused to attend to. The external staircase to my apartment was twisted and broken away from the building and unsafe for anyone. When they finally gave in to my complaints, they poured a new landing for the same twisted-ass, unsteady staircase. The "security" gate is alway broken, either keeping EVERYONE out, or letting EVERYONE in. Long time residents are leaving left and right, as well as the office management. The only helpful management seems to leave abruptly and never return, as I've seen this twice. STAY AWAY!
