Apartment Review for The Fountains - Fort Worth, TX

The apartments are very nice with MANY closets. Reserved covered parking is adjacent to apartments. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous.

However, when maintenance problems occur and cause damage to personal property, the apartment management refuses to accept any responsibility.

Outside lighting is adequate. Grounds are attractively maintained.

UNFORTUNATELY, the neighborhood has become unsafe and apartments are forcibly entered and robbed. Vacancies are increasing.

While there are supposed to be 4 security officers, there is only one part-time security officer.
