The units and the property look nice. Once you move in, the welcoming attitude of the office staff switches to arrogance and apathetic. The security gate is constantly broken. Maintenance requests often must be submitted multiple times before anyone comes to your apartment. To actually "fix" things, you often need to have them back out a couple more times. The complex is surrounded by trains - although you do eventually get used to them. You can head every footstep in the apartment above you and every grunt from the apartment next to you. The hallways look unkept as they are covered in stains. The apartment was cheaply constructed and adorned with the cheapest carpet they could find.
