I moved in back in late 2000. I have seen the other managers come and gone. I was going to move when Joy came. I'm so glad I stayed becuase she is the best ever. She don't put up with people hanging out. This place is clean and Maintenance are on it. I don't know how but she did it.  Need to rent an apartment?
