Apartment Review for The Berkley - Fort Worth, TX

Ah "The Jerkley" located in the prestigious Park Hill Neighborhood but never mind the neighborhood located directly behind it. Drive out the back exit when you come to look at this property. Get a real feel for this area. Then ask yourself why the rent is so high or is this where I want my daughter to live? This place is over run with TCU snobbery. Little brats who's mommy and daddy pay for everything. Which makes it a terrible place to live if your normal. These kids have no respect for anyone around them because they don't pay for anything. What makes it worse is "The Jerkley" caters to them. For example our pool which is currently closed again due to broken beer bottles. Trying to use the pool here is a real challenge everyday its like MTV spring break and there is no room for anybody except for Frat boys and Sorostitutes. If the front office would get off their lazy butts and stop all the excessive partying at the pool it would not be closed half the summer. It would also discourage all the silver spoon fed residents not to be there and maybe somebody whos not an A-hole could go to the pool. Not to mention the group orgy's i have seen at night in the hot tub. Mmmm sounds like a great place to swim. If you have children this is not a safe place cars fly though this complex. Look all I'm saying is this is a TCU apartment complex. If you don't go there and you actually know what working for your money is all about then don't waste your time here look elsewhere.
