These apts may seem like a good deal with the garage and cheap rent but beware of the lack of filling maintenance requests (try living with a bathroom infested with ants for a year, overflowing toilets that take days to repair, etc). The new management have let the apartment completely fall apart and they all walk around with major attitudes, treating tenants poorly. As if that wasn't unbearable enough, if you decide to live there, make sure you walk in to submit your rent check and ask for a receipt or be prepared to billed for erroneous late fees. They will not/cannot prove to you that your bills are late and they will not accept your word even when you provide bank statements and have the bank call them directly confirming your bill was paid two weeks in advance of due date!
