Apartment Review for Terraces Of Marine Creek Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

This property for some reason has changed more managers than I can count. The current manager has been here 7 or 8 months and has done nothing to improve on the property and there's a lot to do. The security gates are almost always broken. When they finally get them fixed they only worked for 2 to 3 months and then they're broken again for at least 9 months. The jacuzzi has been broken for almost 3 yrs and they've done nothing to try and fix it. The large mail boxes are broken so if the office doesn't feel like taking your packages from the mailman you have to go to the post office to get them and that's over two miles away. If you complain too much they tell you that you don't have to live here and can move out if you don't like the way things are ran. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else if your looking for a nice place to live. Be wary of positive reviews. On other sites the managers pose as residents and give great reviews. If they wanted to make it believable at least they should give at least one bad thing about the property but they don't and there's a lot of bad stuff to choose from.
