Apartment Review for Summerbrook - Fort Worth, TX

Iam a Apt. locator Agent in the DFW METROPLEX. I recommend anyone looking here to be cautious of SummerBrook Apartments in Fort Worth. My client told me ITS THEIR COMPANY POLICY that the staff and Manager can enter into your apartment for any reason , without any notice. This a violation of the TAA leasing agreement. They charge you for anything from holes made from hanging pictures to changing simple light switch covers. Summer Brook Apartments apparently feels it can randomly and at will set their " repair " fees and do not apply this policy fairly throughout the community. Tennant privacy should be respected and their safety a priority. It does not appear to be the policy at Summerbrook.
