Apartment Review for Royal Orleans South Condominiums - Fort Worth, TX

Used to be nice - now a hell hole. The Management is basically bankrupt. They fired the office manager. No money to hire a new one. Same for the maintenance man. Imagine - an apartment complex with NO Maintenance man and no money to hire a replacement. Instead they went with a rip off company called CLASSIC PROPERTY in ARLINGTON TEXAS for Christ sake which is know to be rude rip off artists. Classic Property does NOTHING! The landscaping is dead or dying, roofs leak, mold runs rampant. Air conditioners are failing with no money to replace them, Foundations are colapsing, brick walls are leaning. Sheesh.... Time to move. Do yourself a favor and refuse to rent in this complex. Sure as hell do not buy in. Might try across the street - where they have professional management...
