Apartment Review for River Ranch Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

Have been here since Aug 08, moved from out of state to attend school. Very basic amenities, but I don't have time or use for tennis and basketball courts, multi-level pools, etc. I plan on staying here through the duration of my academic program (2 more years). I have had no maintenance issues. My 1 noise complaint to the office staff (deal w/ Patti, don't waste your time w/ Bethany) was addressed promptly. Lots of storage, new floors/carpet (not the highest quality, but I like that it was new and clean for me), washer/dryer included in my unit. Electric bill ($100) was on the high side (IMHO) for Aug, but I also wasn't used to 100+ degree temps! As a single gal, I feel safe here. Being new in town, it's nice to be close to the interstate, school, shopping. The pool was closed for the better half of last August which wasn't bothersome to me, but my out-of-town guest was a little disappointed!
