If you move to The Retreat - go to the TOP floor as you will hear every noise from the people that live over you. Whatever it is that is supposed to be between the floors for the apts to be quieter, is not there. It is terrible. Staff are friendly, maintenance very good, parking good, trash area is not nice.  Need to rent an apartment?
