Its been quiet and convenient. They did put up the UNTHSC building a few years ago and since it was the State of Texas, they refused to play by City Code rules about doing construction various times of the day. I called the City and the City Manager said he couldn't get calls returned from UNT either, so the upshot is, the building houses the police and it blocks west sun, so it is nice now that its done. Every 6 months I renew and they come do light bulbs and filters and update and even cleaned our fans. Cheap, nice, convenient so far...
