Apartment Review for Park Vista Townhomes - Fort Worth, TX

Mgmt. and maintnence did a walk through with out me present. Received a statement of charges for new carpet (bad when I moved in), paint and other made up items such as resurface countertops. kept my deposit and charged 1K plus. I am disputing this now so if anyone else has a similar story please write. I was charged for new carpet, I kept in touch with a neighbor who said they did not replace the carpet. I feel they are fraudulant and need to be exposed.
