I rented there and they were more interested in money then anything else. For example, a renter near us seven year old son was attacked by a 40 year old other tenant. The police were called. The apartment complex allowed the man to return because "He drinks a lot" which somehow made it acceptable. IE then just want the money.  Need to rent an apartment?
