Apartment Review for Park Dale Lane - Fort Worth, TX

Not one of your worst low renters. They have made property improvements, exterminate on a regular basis. You have to share a pool with the adjacent complex also owned by same. The one on the immediate property is just for looks. If this changes by summer I'll update, but this has been the case for several years now. There is street improvement now that the nice Sunview Addition is coming along just south of the complex. The dumpsters have been moved away from the street and to the interior of the property so watch out for nails, screws, and broken glass. There's a city park real close if you have kids. The schools are the best here as opposed to Fort Worth ISD. Car burglaries happen, but that's gonna be about anywhere.
