Apartment Review for Park Creek Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

The apartment we were shown, and the apartment we got. Well, that was 2 different things. We were told the maintenance staff was all top notch, highly trained personel. I have had to fix the dishwasher, and change out my air filters, because the lack of ability. One guy was a friend of a friend. They ride around on the golf carts all day and take up the "assigned parking". You come home for lunch and have to park a mile away. They say their pet friendly, but the dog park is covered in fecal matter, they never have bags at the poop stations. Hope your not looking for safety in a "secure facility". You pay $40 for a gate remote, but the gates are always open. The gate has maybe worked 25% of the time I have been here. This place is horrible. The people that run this apartment have no business being in charge of a fast food joint, let alone an apartment complex. Also, they just painted. Looks like crap, but what ever. I tried getting a dish installed, and they needed to run a ground wire down the building wall (the wire is green). The manager threw a fit, and said I just spent all this money on the paint job, and you want to put a green wire on it. She was willing to comprimise the safety of my household and others over a ground wire running down the side of building. This place is a joke. DO NOT live here, yhou will regret it.
