Apartment Review for Oakwood Estates - Fort Worth, TX

I have lived in this complex for 7 years now. It WAS a good place to live. Now there is no parking, maintenece is extremely poor, tennets are playing hip hop at top volume and working on junk cars. And when I say somthing about the noise the curtosy officer comes to reprimand me, and does nothing about the noise! It is turning into a filthy run down complex with very rude management. A/C went out last spring and took 4 months to get a new unit installed. Avoid this complex at all costs, I am leaving as soon as the lease exprires!
