If you sleep past 7, the noise can be a problem - tire shop and fire trucks. Besides that it is the best apartment in the area and minutes from downtown and a lot of great restaurants. landscaping and maintenance requests are very well taken care of. A bit more expensive than it should be, but if you are looking for a nice place this is it. Not the best place for having over guests due to parking, but very comfortable.  Need to rent an apartment?
