Apartment Review for Monterra Village By Hillwood - Fort Worth, TX

Beautiful community, awesome maintenance, but very snobby and unprofessional office staff. If you move here, don't expect for the staff to have your apartment ready when you move in. Everytime I go into the office to request anything, they make it seem like it is a burden to help me out, it's not my fault stuff in the apartment wasn't ready in the first place! Also, I have yet to meet the apartment manager. You would think when someone is going to spend a great deal of money somewhere, they would atleast SEE the manager. Do not think I will be renewing my lease.
