Apartment Review for Meridian - Fort Worth, TX

I rented here and the apartment I moved into had filthy carpet which I noted on the inspection sheet. When I told them I was not going to renew my lease they were upset. Then 4 months later I checked my credit report and they charged me $700.00 to replace the carpet. The TAA says we a tenant does not have to replace the carpet if the carpet was not brand new when a tenant moved in. I can't get a Manager to return my call to settle this.
