Going Downhill

Unless you live on the third floor, expect your upstairs neighbors to be a pretty intimate part of your life. All I can say is I hope you have the same taste in music and the same like of bass in your music as they do. I can hear everything...and I mean *everything* that goes on. Unless you live on the north end of the complex, parking is a total headache. Covered parking costs extra each month and obviously no one wants to pay it so all of the covered parking stands open while everyone else jockeys for the few open uncovered spots. Guests are expexed to park in one of two places that are generally no where near where you live, unless you just happen to live near the two designated areas. If your guests park in covered or permit only parking they can very likely get towed. Also, there is one dumpster for the entire complex. It is almost always overflowing. The maintenance staff really tries hard to keep up with is, but they really need to add another. |
