The buildings are very old, there is no modern insulation and the windows are original, single pane and drafty. Expect twice the usual electric bill for a 650 sft apartment. The trains whistle all night long and choppers fly overhead to the nearby hospitals. There is almost no closet space. You might have to haggle over the return of your deposit.
