Apartment Review for Heritage House Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

It was at 1st a very good place to live at. It is a nice area to be sure. Just a few steps from the Mayors house and homes of other well known people in fort worth. Then the owner started to rent out to anyone who had the 1st months rent. He hired friends of his as maintenence folk that where scay to say the lest. Some were on drugs and drank right in the office alllllll night. In the day they could be seen taking out large trash bags full of beer cans to the trash from out of that "office". Nothing was fix well at all and the place is full, that is full of mold! The owner seened like a nice guy at 1st,just don't know what happened with him guy. The up keep and repairs and the people that he sometimes rents to are questionable at best. Its a good nighood but this place makes it look bad. Keys to the apartment are easy for anyone working there to get and go into a apartment at any time. I had something taken from out of my apartment at least once. Find some where else to live if you can....this place is not safe.
