Apartment Review for Fossill Hills - Fort Worth, TX

Living in these apartments and dealing with these people should be only a very temporary experience. When you move in, you should have a game plan to move out ASAP. Be prepared to pay for general use and wear weather you took good care of the apartment and it was clean when you move out or not. We were not able to get our deposit back despite the fact when we moved in the apartment was dirty, the dish washer broken, general maintainence was not done and carpet was already worn. When we first moved in, I noted to management that the dish washer was not in good working condition. Over a period of a year this was mentioned to them at least 5 times. Eventually the dishwaher flooded the apartment spring of this year. We were unable to get maintainece to come out and remove the water in a timely manner, and when eventually the water was removed, in the timeframe of 2 months, the damage was never repaired. When we finally left in July, it was still not repaired. Its like they say, "You have no rights when you rent"
