Apartment Review for Fairmont At Fossil Creek - Fort Worth, TX

I stayed in Fairmont for an year. Overall experience was not so good. The management was really rude. When i left my appartment i told the management to come and inspect but no one came to inspect. They gave me false commitment. After a month or so I was told to pay hefty charges for which i was not responsible. I had reported all the issues when I initially moved in. The reason i wanted them to inspect the apt was to make sure that they dont charge me for what I am not responsible and was initially reported to them. But the management even after scheduling appointment didnt come to inspect my apt. Later they adjusted all the amount towards my deposit plus demanded more money. I would strongly suggest not to move in this community. overall experience was not good. there is vast difference in commitment level when you start and when you end your lease.
