Apartment Review for Eagle's Point Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

The Park is not well maintained. The Volleyball court is useless. They do not use an exterminater on a regular basis. The management is heartless (See example below) Example: I lived at Eagle Point Apartment for 2 years. I was never late. Sometime I paid two weeks early. My last month there, I went to turn in my rent. I was 1 day late. I admit being late constitutes late charges. However, when someone has a record of paying on time, they should have heart instead of being callous (which only is viewed as being heartless) and waive the late fee. Ruth Brown (management) stated to me that if I would have placed the rent in her drop box before she arrived at work she would have not charged me a late fee. Instead I was charge a $100.00 late fee. This is not the only instance where Ruth Brown has appeared greedy. My other neighbors left complaining how heartless she was as well. Don't get me wrong the other personnel at Eagle Point are Great such as Lee and his wife (maintenance people).
