Apartment Review for Crescent Oaks - Fort Worth, TX

The management are rude, I have been hung up on several times when calling in a work order. The maintenance staff is slow, I went without hot water for 3 weeks one time. I have called the city on them several times but they have covered their butts so that the city will not have record of it. The buildings, fixtures, carpets, etc. are all old and falling apart. This company (MBS) and this complex are not worth the hassle in the least.
