Personnel is useless unfriendly and will not work with you. Maintance men need to learn better english so that you can understand what they are saying. It takes 3 of them to fix simple little things that a child could fix.The apartments are turning into the ghetto. The appliances are from the 70's and it shows. Location is great but it is not good enough to live in this hell hole!  Need to rent an apartment?
