From 2007 and back Churchill Park was the placeto be. But after the summer of 2007 it was the place not to be. The owner will not upgrade anything and still wants to put it in the same class as the other apartments on the street that have NEW everything and more. Buys cheap things to do repairs on the apartment. WTH????? spend the extra money and go some where that will take care of you not just take your money.  Need to rent an apartment?
