Apartment Review for Centre Oaks Apartments Centre Port - Fort Worth, TX

Moved in here 6 months ago, was told upon move in they were doing some siding and renovation changes and would be done soon and wouldn't affect me since I didn't have a balcony. Well 6 months later they are still working on the siding the apartments look worse than before the crew they have working here leaves trash everywhere and have not painted over there mess, and get dust all over the cars. The bad thing about this is that during the holiday season they start work early in the morning and wake up everyone who is trying to sleep in a little, they bank things around and scream in Spanish none of the crew speaks any English. The management and office crew has changed hands a couple times and don't seem to care about the residents. I guarantee if it was there house they wouldn't have workers over early in the morning on the holidays and would care if there car was damaged. For that matter they would have fired this crew along time ago..why this takes 6months I have no idea..Oh yea the laundry works on tokens so if the office is not open and you are out of tokens you are screwed. The maintence is sub-par air conditioning was out for 3 days..it took 3 different trips for them to fix..each time they claimed they had fixed it.There are better apartments in this same area!
