Two words for potential lessors...'caveat emptor'

Just be wary of this place....what management stated is a perfect example...true -- as far as it goes -- Interesting comment about this 30 day lease. I guess the complex was unable to notify that the lease was ready?...unable send a copy for 'e signature' via emai?... unable to send a copy via 'snail mail' (all of which could have been signed and returned via some form a transmission)... Hmmm you be the judge.

Everytime this lessor checked with the office to see if anything further was required, the response ranged from 'nope, all set'...to the proverbial 'deer in the headlights' look as though a foreign language was being spoken...

Luckily total amount to a few hundred dollars which did not inconvenience this lessor too greatly; but if your hard-earned dollars are important...I'd give this serious thought before becoming chained to a lease!
