Apartment Review for Centre Oaks Apartments Centre Port - Fort Worth, TX

In response to "Bait and Switch". Unfortunately, this former resident doesn't know how to follow directions when someone is trying doing a favor for him. He didn't give proper notice in regards to his 60 days notice to vacate. We were going to allow him to sign a month to month lease so that he would be able to give proper 30 days notice which he never signed the month to month lease. We also told him would would try to lease his apartment to save him money because we cannot take double rent. We did lease his apartment and asked him to move out in time to get the new resident in. Unfortunately, that lease cancelled and did not move in but we still leased it again and someone moved in still saving him some money. He doesn't understand that he is still responsible for all the days up until the move in. He could have been responsible for cost of reletting as well since he did not give proper notice or sign the new lease. We always work really hard to lease apartments to save our residents money and I don't think you can say that about a lot of communities. This is our only review on this site and I think that if you will refer to Apartmentratings.com reviews you will get a better idea of how we do business. We are not perfect, but I think ranking 3rd in the entire City of Fort Worth speaks for itself.
