Your upstairs neighbor will sound like they are stomping on the ceiling when in fact they are just walking about normally. Pool and other facilities are frequently used by non-residents (especially the pool), which leads to overcrowding and beer cans and trash being left around these areas. Gym states that it is open til 10pm, when the doors electronically lock at 8:45pm Gym also has people who will turn up the radio to the highest volume, regardless of who else is using the facility. Only one choice for cable/internet provider, depending on what phase you’re in; satellite TV possible if your balcony/porch faces South.
