Apartment Review for Cameron Creek Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

THis place is horrible. I have constantly complained to management about these people up till 3am at the pool and running around the parking lot. Nothing has been done. They took away the drop box so none of us who happen to work the same hours that the office is open are able to pay rent on time. So then they slap you with outragous late fees. The acess gates have never worked since I have lived here, yet it's an aminity that you HAVE to pay for. The hot tub has also never worked. Matienance takes forever to fix something, and they never fix it correctly the first time. THis place is crawling with spiders and ants, yet they never find the time to spray. There is this nasty green water in the parking lot. Water pipes keep busting and we are without water for hours, never notified by management. They will tell you having a box on your patio is "unsightly" and fine you, yet we have to live with the unsightly hole in the parking lot. We should be able to fine them! People's cars have been stolen or broken in to. I just walked by a neighbor calling the cops because someone busted up her windshield. I just have a couple days left on my lease. I advise EVERYONE to NOT move here! They don't care if you are a good tenant or not. They just care about how much money they can get out of you! There are drug dealers livinf here, and of course they don't care about that either! You can hear straight through the walls. This place sucks! RUN AWAY!!
