Hallways smelled of urine. Not a very friendly atmosphere from staff. Some trash in the planters in front of the building. When I asked the receptionist to speak with the director of the community her reply was that she wasnt sure if he was around and that he is hard to reach a lot of the time. That was a bit disturbing.  Need to rent an apartment?
