Apartment Review for Belmont Oaks Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

The landlord comes off as a good guy. He's a cheating liar that has no respect for anyone. This is a mainly hispanic apartment complex and the landlord is caucasian and he thinks he is better than anyone there. His maintenance man thinks he runs everything. The neighbors are rowdy. It gets pretty noisy. Especially because there is a restaurant across the street. The church down the street is nice though. The traffic can get bad on Sundays. The plumbing stinks. The electrical wiring is shot. I have almost been electrocuted many times. The water is almost never hot and when it is it gets cold too fast. The cabinets are falling off the hinges. There are too many roaches. They never changed the carpet in my apartment like I had requested. It smells old and moldy. There are cracks in the walls. To top it off the walls are painted two different colors. (starts off yellowish then ends up white at the tops.) The walls are too thin. You can hear everything that is going on in the other apartments. I've had to call the cops many times because of domestic disturbances. The parking sucks. And if you have a problem with something in the unit you are in and they say they will fix it, THEY NEVER WILL! Do not rent here. You will regret it.
