Apartment Review for Summerbrook - Fort Worth, TX

I currently live in building #3 and my good friend lived in building #4. He recently had his privacy invaded by the manager Heather Fararr. Heather entered his apartment one day, Knowing he was not home. No work request or emergency of was requested of any kind. She used her master key and bypassed the alarm aswell. She never left a notice or asked to enter. My question is how many people is she doing this too and how many others are on her list. The lease states that anytime anyone employed at Summerbrook enters your Apt. they are suppose to leave a notice for you. She never left one nor did she feel she had to leave one. Her quote was. She can enter anyone's apartment for whatever reason she feels, anytime. Without Notice. My friend is currently taking legal action and looking at other apt. THIS IS VIOLIATION TO ONE'S PRIVACY" Run from this property. My Lease is up in July. I am moving before I am a victim of her "Going about the lease ways". RR
