Apartment Review for Ridgmar Square Apartments - Fort Worth, TX

I can only suggest a few things that will make this place a 5, 1 hire more maintnece guys, 2, install security cameras or have a patrol at night to get rid of unsupervised kids that vandalise the pool and fitness rooms, 3, office personel inform themselves a little better sot hat they can answer questions about whats going on more promtly. That being said the reasons it is not a 5 now are. There is only one maintence guy ( he is good) but he alone can not keep up with 315 units that were all built in 1965, so him getting to service requests sometimes takes a bit unless its an emergency. The office could not answe my questions about the recent clean out spraying for pests and had to call the contractor and find out to give me an answer. They are nice but I think that the management should be able to answer those kinds of questions when asked promptly. Vandals! The pools have not been open much due to vandals that go in , break bottles in em, tear out lights and so forth, the fitness room has not been opened either, now I know that it is a tenant ( or their kids) doing this and we really need some cameras or patrols to prevent this behavior and also they could provide evidence needed to kick those baddies out. I like it here and enjoy the quiet but those few things could make it sooooooo much nicer
