The aparments changes management as often as you change underwear. They cannot keep track of what happens with the previous management or in-between. I paid a $50 deposit, after I moved I was told that I owed a water bill of $50.13. I talked to Heather Stone who told me that her "computer" does not show that I paid the deposit. I sent her a copy of the check that showed I paid the deposit. She still denied the check was for a deposit. So I wrote a complaint to the better business bureau explaining to them how I'm getting ripped of by this people. Never move there, you will get ripped off. They will charge you at least 1/4 of your rent in water bills per month. And don't try talking to them about it because they will not listen to you. I called their main office (Lynd Corporation) and I left several messages to the people that run the apartment but they never called. Higher management will not do you any good, if they're all about looking for ways to rip you off. Do you think that you will get that deposit back? Regardless of how well you keep your apartment they will not give you the deposit back. Their water bills is 3-4 months old, so when you leave the apartment after your lease is up, you still owe 3-4 months worth of water bills. Keep looking for other apartments, that are not owned by Lynd Corporation.
